Principal
Eric specializes in strategic planning, managed care negotiations and process improvement. With over 25 years of experience, he has a proven track record of successfully working within hospitals and, externally, as a strategic/operations consultant for academic medical centers, multi-hospital systems and payers.
His experience includes using and developing models and presentations for market assessment, process redesign, managed care negotiations and payment redesign, i.e. ACO’s. Consistent success negotiating managed care contracts in multiple states in both a fee-for service environment as well as a value-based environment.
Prior to his return to consulting Eric led managed care negotiations and operations for a large not-for-profit system across a four-state region. He has a BS in Business Administration and an MHA in Operations Management from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Decision Analysis & Marketing from Emory University.
Principal
With 15 years of experience, Michael has an extensive background specializing in strategy, operations and analytics.
His work as both a consultant and within health systems across the continuum has provided him the ability to stimulate and guide client’s thinking when addressing the challenges organizations are faced with in today’s transforming healthcare environment.
Michael is both self-motivated and a team player with a unique ability to bring together varying organizational stakeholders towards a collective strategic vision. He has successfully assisted a variety of organizations to prepare and execute the transition from traditional fee-for-service operations to the new value-based model of care delivery. He has a BS in Business Management from Boston College Carrol School of Management.

Sally Bradley - Senior Advisor
A strategic healthcare leader, Sally is known for leveraging her deep expertise to proactively impact network development and contract negotiations across all lines of healthcare business, with a focused expertise in Medicare Advantage. She is well-versed in contract negotiations, including both fee-for-service and value / risk-based agreements, and the management of these reimbursement models. She has experience supporting state-specific Medicaid programs and their associated value-based agreements. She also has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Medicare Advantage operations, product design and plan implementation.
She is a team player with leadership and business development skills, promoting a culture based on collaboration and commitment to the attainment of short- and long-term goals. Over her career she has established the vision, objectives, policies and procedures to create departments, launch new products and grow networks. She has a BA from the University of George and an MBA from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
Sellers Crisp - Senior Advisor
Sellers is an accomplished, customer-focused healthcare leader with diverse experience managing complex change initiatives within the managed care function. He has a strong financial acumen and comprehensive understanding of contractual options, healthcare economics and competitors’ practices. His work focuses on healthcare strategic planning, provider reimbursement, payer/provider operations improvement, payer contract negotiations and other healthcare transaction advisory services. With extensive knowledge and experience aligning interests of healthcare systems, physician group practices and payers, Sellers helps guide strategic and operational direction through actionable analytical insights.
Sellers has a deep analytical background, having worked as a Manager for Actuarial Support for Anthem / Wellpoint. He has a B.A. in Data Science from Randolph-Macon College and an MHA in Finance, from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
